This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply when you access or interact with the Radici website. It reflects the requirements of Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Information Technology Crimes and other applicable Kuwaiti law.

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Radici.

  • Use the Site in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.

Violations of Law No. 63/2015 may result in criminal penalties. We reserve the right to report any suspected violation to the relevant Kuwaiti authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

2. Content Accuracy

Content on the Site is provided for general information about Radici and its bespoke footwear. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date — including leather availability, patinas, and pricing — we make no representation that it is complete, current or error-free.

3. External Links & Third-Party Services

The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram, map providers and payment or delivery partners. Those websites and services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Radici is not responsible for their content or practices.
