Terms of Use

Last updated · July 2026

This page is maintained by Radici to explain how we handle information on this website. It is written to reflect applicable Kuwaiti laws — including the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation (Res. 26/2024), the Electronic Transactions Law (No. 20/2014) and the Anti-Cybercrime Law (No. 63/2015) — and should not be read as legal advice. For binding interpretation, please consult qualified counsel.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Radici website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. They are entered into under, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 20 of 2014 on Electronic Transactions.

1. Who We Are

The Site is owned and operated by Radici — Dar Al Musamimeen Wholesale Company for All Types of Apparel — a Kuwaiti atelier of bespoke handcrafted footwear, registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Registration No. 459634 and Commercial License No. 2022/5095. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Radici.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches Kuwaiti law, including Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Information Technology Crimes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
  • Copy, reproduce or redistribute content — including product photography, designs and copy — without our written permission.

See also our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Electronic Communications

When you submit a form or send us an email through the Site, you are communicating with us electronically. In accordance with Law No. 20 of 2014, such electronic communications and any records generated from them have the same legal effect as written communications.

4. Bespoke Commissions

Requests submitted through the Site (Bespoke or Customize forms) are invitations to treat, not binding orders. A commission is confirmed only once Radici accepts it in writing and, where applicable, a deposit is received. Because each pair is made to measure, accepted commissions are non-refundable except where required by Kuwaiti consumer-protection law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, logos, marks, images, designs and code — is owned by Radici or licensed to us. The name and mark "Radici", the fox monogram and the desert-veins pattern are trademarks of Radici. You may not use them without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our Instagram profile or payment and delivery partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third-party sites.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Radici shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Kuwaiti law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this page.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@radicikw.com or by post to Radici, Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.
