Radici ("Radici", "we", "us") respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA), Resolution No. 26 of 2024.
1. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for this website is Radici (Dar Al Musamimeen Wholesale Company for All Types of Apparel — Commercial Registration No. 459634, Commercial License No. 2022/5095), based in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait. For any privacy-related request, use the contact details in Section 9.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide, or that is generated by your use of the site:
- Inquiry & bespoke forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your commission.
- Measurements & preferences: shoe size, foot measurements, leather and patina choices submitted through the Customize flow.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 18 without parental consent.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data only for the following legitimate purposes:
- To respond to inquiries and prepare bespoke footwear commissions.
- To arrange fittings, deliveries and after-care for your pair.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations in the State of Kuwait.
4. Legal Basis (Article 3, CITRA Regulation)
We rely on your explicit consent, given when you submit a form or accept cookies, as well as our legitimate interests in operating our business and compliance with legal obligations, as permitted by the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary. Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Records tied to a completed commission (measurements, order history) are retained for up to 7 years so we can service and re-craft your pairs, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
6. Sharing & Cross-Border Transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics, couriers) strictly to operate the website and deliver your commission. Where a provider is located outside Kuwait, transfers are carried out in line with Articles 4 and 5 of the CITRA Regulation, using providers who apply equivalent protection.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted hosting — to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure or loss, as required by Article 6 of the CITRA Regulation.
8. Your Rights
Under the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Object to, or withdraw consent for, processing based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with CITRA if you believe your rights have been infringed.
